Hello Trinity Bible Chapel family,
There are two ways for you to worship with us this Sunday: (1) our in-person service or (2) our online service.
In-Person Worship Services
We have good news for you church family! We are so excited that we are going to be meeting again this Sunday for live worship services at our new building on Lobsinger Line!
Each service will max out at 30% seating capacity in accordance with provincial requirements. We have two services each Sunday at 9AM and 11:15AM. Pre-registration of EVERYONE ATTENDING FROM YOUR HOUSEHOLD is required in order to attend this week and in the coming weeks. There will also be an overflow option setup in the parking lot where people can worship from their cars.
We will also continue to offer a video worship service option for those who are unable to come to an in-person service or for those who would simply prefer to continue worshiping from home. We will livestream the 9AM service. Afterward, the recording will be left up all day to be viewed at any time. We will provide more details in the next few days. You can watch the online service here.
Before you register, please read our Risk Mitigation Strategy so that you are aware of the expectations and guidelines once you arrive at the church building AND to help avoid any unnecessary risk that may put this opportunity in jeopardy. PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE AT CHURCH 20-30 MINUTES BEFORE THE SERVICE STARTS AS IT WILL TAKE LONGER TO GET EVERYONE IN THE BUILDING.
Let’s rejoice that the Lord has heard our prayers and in His timely providence He has blessed us with this beautiful new building that we can use to gather in! He is so faithful!
“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.”
Online Worship Services
The 9AM service will be LIVESTREAMED. Afterwards, the service video will be left up for the rest of the day to be viewed at any time. It will entail songs led by John Maggs, pastoral prayer, Scriptural readings, announcements, an online offering, an online connection card, preaching, and possibly a few other elements. The service will be available online for viewing on Sunday morning at 9AM and will be up until the end of the day. We invite you to gather together to participate in this virtual church service together. And consider inviting your family and friends to join us for worship by sharing the link below on social media. Please note that after Sunday, only the sermon will be available for viewing on YouTube and listening to on our podcast.
The online service will be posted here: https://trinitybiblechapel.ca/online
During our online service, we will encourage you to fill out a connection form online so that we have a record of your attendance and so that you can let us know of any prayer requests that you might have. We must continue to pray for one another during this time (James 5:16). If a prayer request arises during the week that you would like prayer for, please fill out this form.
Due to our government asking that we socially distance, we have recommended that all small groups not meet in person until further notice. However, we do recommend that they continue to meet…online! As the body of Christ, we need each other, especially during times of crisis like this one. So we encourage you to continue to connect with each other throughout this crisis for encouragement, accountability, and prayer. Small Group Leaders and members can check out Pastor Will’s recent blog post for more info on how to meet online for small group.
Although we are not able to collect an offering in person at our Sunday services, there are still several ways you can continue to give to the church each week as an expression of worship and obedience (2 Corinthians 9:6-8).
- At any time you can give online.
- You can also give via our Church Center App.
- Or you can mail cheques to our church office: 1373 Lobsinger Line, Waterloo, ON, N2J 4G8.
Trinity Kids Resources
We will make Trinity Kids resources available each week such as worship songs, a teaching video, and activity sheets so that your children can continue to enjoy and learn from the lessons each week. You can find these resources here.

Serving One Another
As the body of Christ, we have been called to serve one another (Galatians 5:13) and to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). If you become aware of any needs in the church that you or your small group are unable to meet, then please let us know by emailing the office (email@example.com) so that we can help in any way possible. We need to be on the lookout for needs that may arise so that we can adequately care for each other during this crisis.
Please check back to this page regularly for updates. We look forward to worshiping with you and your family on Sunday!
