Uncommon Leadership 101 is about equipping leaders to fulfill our mission of making disciples. A comprehensive training anchored in the Word of God, this training is for leaders in any environment who want to be balanced, effective, and excellent in ministering grace and truth.
This training is open to anyone in the church. It is especially targeted toward small group leaders and small group apprentices, but we truly believe that this training is beneficial to all. The New Testament clearly indicates that groups of people who were followers of the Lord Jesus Christ identified themselves with, and committed themselves to a particular local body. In order to implement the principles of accountability and commitment to the local body of Christ, as defined in the New Testament and practiced in the early churches, Trinity Bible Chapel recognizes the need for formal membership. Membership at Trinity Bible Chapel is for all who are believers in the Lord Jesus Christ and have visibly demonstrated that commitment through believer’s baptism.
