Trinity Bible Chapel is built on two pillars: Sundays and Small Groups. Our corporate gathering is where we assemble to exalt the name of Christ, and it is also the primary place where we use our spiritual gifts to bless one another. Every greeter, usher, and logistics team member plays a vital role in the “common good” of the church.

More Than Just Logistics
We believe that God has uniquely gifted every believer with spiritual gifts to be used for the benefit of the local church. Serving isn’t just about filling a slot on a schedule; it is about being an active member of the Body of Christ.
If you are new to Trinity, joining a support team is the single best way to move from being a spectator to a participant. We have found that those who begin serving within their first 6–8 months are far more likely to feel cared for, connected, and truly “at home” in our church family.
Finding Your Place in the Body
Our Sunday operations rely on dedicated teams working together so every person who walks through our doors can encounter God without distraction.
Being the first face of welcome and warmth for members and visitors alike.
Assisting with seating and maintaining order and care during the service.
Helping newcomers find their next step and answering questions about life at Trinity.
Providing a safe, organized, and helpful start to every Sunday morning.
Preparing the Lord’s Table so the congregation can remember Christ together.
Caring for those who serve up front, so they are ready to lead God’s people.
Preparing the physical space for its weekly uses, including our classical Christian school, King Alfred Academy.
Investing in the next generation through gospel-centered care (ages 0–6).
Serving the church family through hospitality and practical care, on Sundays and throughout the week.
