Leading Students to Jesus Christ
Your student’s spiritual growth is our priority. At Trinity Youth, we are dedicated to seeing every young person grow into a life-long, mature disciple of the Lord Jesus Christ — providing a structured, transparent, and safe environment where students in Grades 6–12 are challenged to think biblically and live for the glory of God.

More Than Just a Social Club
The teenage years are a critical battleground for the heart. We believe youth ministry should be intentionally structured to foster a daily relationship with Jesus Christ through spiritual disciplines. Our goal is to equip students not only to understand the Gospel but to share it with boldness. We focus on:
Biblical Thinking
Renewing the mind to navigate culture (Romans 12:1-2).
Christian Virtue
Growing in integrity and productive citizenship (Proverbs 10:9).
Church Leadership
Preparing students to be active members of the local church and future biblical families.
A Typical Youth Night
If you’re feeling nervous about coming, know that you will be welcomed and cared for. We want every student to have fun while being challenged to grow.
Hang Out (First 10 Minutes)
Everyone gathers in the Worship Center to connect.
Worship Service
We sing praises and hear a message from the Word of God.
Small Groups
We break off into gender- and grade-specific groups for intentional discipleship and application.
Have Questions?
We want both parents and students to feel confident and informed. If you have further questions, please reach out — we’d love to connect.

Meet Our Youth Ministry Coordinator
Coordinator of Family Ministries
Born and raised in Waterloo, Josh was saved while working at a Christian camp in 2017 — a season where he also discovered his calling to teach students the Word of God. Currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Covenant Baptist Theological Seminary, Josh oversees both our Trinity Kids and Trinity Youth ministries. If you have any questions, Josh would love to connect with you.
We’d love to welcome them to Trinity Youth. Reach out with any questions before their first night.
