To Worship Him in Spirit and in Truth
The chief purpose of mankind is to glorify God by loving Him with the entire heart, soul, mind, and might. Worship is more than an event we attend; it is the declaration of God’s worth, a life of devotion, and the fulfillment of our very existence.

To see Jesus high and lifted up.
The primary instrument is the voice of the congregation.
Worshiping in Spirit and in Truth (John 4:23-24).
Encounter the living God with us this Sunday.

From Him, Through Him, and To Him
Worship involves seeing what God is worth and then giving Him what He is worth. At Trinity Bible Chapel, we believe that worshipping God is the most significant thing we can do — it is the wellspring from which everything else flows, including our service, evangelism, and missions.
When we gather corporately, it is not about us; it is all about Him. Our goal is to help every person turn their eyes away from their distractions and problems to behold the beauty of the Most High. As we value and enjoy Him, He is glorified, and we are transformed.

The Tenets That Guide Us
While the song service prepares our hearts to hear from the Scripture, it serves as a response to God’s revelation of who He is and what He has done for His people throughout salvation history. It is also a means of grace for the word of Christ (the gospel) to dwell in our hearts more richly (Colossians 3:16).
Exalting Christ
We seek to lift high the name of Jesus Christ in everything we do.
Scriptural Foundation
We prepare hearts to hear the Lord speak through the proclamation of His Word.
Heartfelt Praise
We lead God’s people to lift their voices in music and lyric, giving Him the praise He deserves.
Modern yet Timeless
We emphasize fresh, contemporary expressions while retaining the rich heritage of traditional elements.
Pursuit of Excellence
We believe God is worthy of our best, and we pursue excellence as an act of stewardship and honor.

Meet Our Worship Leader
Director of Creative Ministries
After growing up in Northern Ontario and New Mexico, John completed his undergrad in music at Northland College and studied Jazz at Humber Lakeshore. He taught instrumental music for six years and is finishing a Master of Divinity at Heritage Theological Seminary in Cambridge. John and his wife, Bridgett, have five children. John loves how music and liturgy in a Sunday service can tell the gospel story and express our desire for God’s active presence in the life of His Church.
