I Celebrate Pastor John MacArthur's 50 Years of Faithfulness at Grace Community Church
Here's a video tribute. Here's an article. I first heard Pastor John MacArthur preach in person when I was about 20 years old. He filled up a large church in Hamilton/Burlington, and so full was the church that people were sitting in the aisle and on the platform. When I heard him, I thought, "I want to do that." Now, I note that he's been faithfully serving the same church for 50 years, and once again I think, "I want to do that."
