Will Schuurman

Will has a passion to see God glorified through the fulfillment of the Great Commission (Matt. 28:16-20) and longs for the day when every tribe, tongue, and nation will be reached with the gospel message. He loves seeing people of all ages fully devote their lives to Jesus Christ and take challenging steps of faith in the power of the Holy Spirit. Will grew up in Oakville, Ontario and moved to the Waterloo Region in September 2006 for his studies at Wilfrid Laurier University. While at university, he helped start Campus for Christ on that campus and developed a heart for discipleship and evangelism. He graduated from university in August 2011 with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He completed his Master of Divinity degree through Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in 2017. He began attending Trinity Bible Chapel in April 2010 and joined staff in September 2011. He is excited and expectant for all that God has in store for Trinity Bible Chapel in the Waterloo Region! Will’s primary responsibilities are the oversight of the small groups and university ministries as well as pastoral care in the congregation. Will was married to his lovely wife Erin on October 29, 2011. Together they have four children.
