The best small group leaders are facilitators. They facilitate mutual ministry. They facilitate accountability. And they facilitate discussion. The best facilitators then are those that ask good questions. Good questions can mean the difference between stale and fruitful discussion. Here is a helpful training video that builds on this idea:
