Here is an update from the building team along with some recent pictures:
– Obviously Covid-19 will cause challenges for contractors, volunteers, and likely delays in suppliers getting material or equipment to site.
– However, we are still pressing on. Sub contractors are still working with some intermittent delays, volunteers are reduced to small crews in accordance with social distancing guidelines, but are still picking away at things.
– Spray foam insulation is complete, 95% of the electrical rough-in is complete, new mechanical rooftop equipment is expected any day now, new door frames and windows have arrived and are in the process of being installed, drywall is being hung, and taping is ongoing, Audio/Video rough-ins are ongoing, kitchen cabinets have been delivered and are in the process of being assembled
