Hello Small Group Leaders!

This is the first post of a new blog that’s geared toward those who lead a small group at Trinity Bible Chapel. This blog will periodically post training resources that will help equip all of you as you faithfully lead each of your small groups to the glory of God.

Below is a helpful training video produced by Harvest Bible Chapel Chicago that explains the importance of mutual ministry within each of our small groups. One of your goals as a leader is to foster an environment where everyone ministers to everyone. It is not the leader’s job to do everything — this is neither helpful nor practical. The more often members of your small group seek to minister to one another through encouragement, prayer, accountability, fellowship, etc, the stronger your small group will be!
